Will I be locked into a long-term contract?

Heck no! We believe in earning your business every month. We do offer annual plans with significant savings, but that's only if you want it.

Can I cancel an annual membership before the year is up? Would I get a partial refund?

Seems fair to us. Annual memberships receive special discounts for paying the subscription up front. If you would like to cancel an annual membership midway through, we would figure out how much your subscription would have cost using the monthly pricing, and refund the difference. It's the fairest way we can think of to handle this sort of thing.

How does Servicetide's pricing compare to others?

We think it's the best value for the price you'll see out there. On the lower priced plans, we are competitively-priced against other service management apps. The best value comes from the higher priced plans, which include all the features you might need right out of the gate without charging extra for specific features like most of our competition does.

Can I pick and choose features?

Absolutely. We'll work with you to determine what the best fit for you might be and come up with a custom plan just for you and your team. These custom plans are best suited for established companies, but even if you're a 1-person shop, we'd still love to hear from you.

Is there a money back guarantee?

Yup! Servicetide comes with a satisfaction guarantee. If, for whatever reason, you're not happy with your membership, let us know. If we can't make it right, we'll refund the most recent month's subscription.

Can I change plans?

Certainly. If you decide on a plan and decide later that a different plan would be a better fit, let us know. We'll work with you to make the changes to your account and we'll make sure it's clear what pricing changes you'll see.
